She is survived by: her husband Deacon Robert Hoffman; her sons, Lee Hoffman of Conifer, CO and Ryan Hoffman of Evergreen, CO.; her daughters-in-law, Elizabeth Hoffman (Lee Hoffman) and Ariana Miller (Ryan Hoffman); her grandsons, Carter, Sampson, Anthony, Greyson Hoffman and Arthur Baca III; her children, Ella, EmmaKate, Lucas and Lucy; her siblings, Vicki Frederick, Patti Frederick and George Frederick; her sister-in-law Carol Johnson; and her nieces and nephews, David Levesque, NancyLee Munguia, Jennifer Meyer, Ron Diederich, Lisa May, Lake Johnson, John Johnson, Adam Johnson, Catherine Palma and Clint Guidebeck.
