He was loved and cherished by many people including : his mother Ethel Schranz; his son Donald Carl; his mother Carolynn Byerly; his sister Carolynn Byerly; his daughter-in-law Constance Schranz; his wife Diane Schranz; his son Ken Schranz; his sister Judith; his grandchildren, Darcy Vooijs (Daniel), Gail Poor (Jeffery Curtis) and Neal Schranz (Naomi); and his great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Jett, Claire, Brooklynn and Baby Boy Poor.
