He is survived by: his children, Rick Johnson (Sherry) of Fort Worth, TX, Elaine Berger (Doug) of Texas, David Lacey of Arriba, CO and Ginny Poole (Bill) of Rush, CO. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren.
