She was predeceased by: her parents, Alene Hinkley and Herbert Hinkley; her husband Everett Elmgreen; her son Paul; her grandson Andrew Woodhead; and her daughter Pamala.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Elmgreen, Lee Elmgreen and Janet Gallagos; her grandchildren, Kelsey Gallagos, Makayla Gallagos, Anthony Gallagos, Gina Gallagos, Natalie Day, Makinna Elmgreen and Trace Elmgreen; and her great grandchild Eden Elmgreen.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to GiGi's Playhouse Denver, a Down syndrome achievement center chosen in honor of Adelynn and Marjorie's lifelong love for children.
