“Lynn and Sarah, I cannot tell you how saddened both Don and I were at this news. Bill has been a friend and colleague for over 30 years, and had become dear to our hearts. He will be deeply missed by so many. He was a great guy that was always there to lend a hand or give a kind word, or just simply to listen. I just can't imagine a world without Bill in it.
