He is survived by: his wife Elaine Book; and his children, Kevin, Doug (Sherry), Todd (Susan), Ryan (Shelley), Jason, Lisa Tegeler (Tim) and Reesa. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
