He was predeceased by: his parents, Lowell Goodwin and Veva Goodwin; and his sister Minta Rose Wunder (Paul). He is survived by: his siblings, Resha Jo Santistevan (Tom Santistevan) of Thornton, CO and Odis Wayne Goodwin (Arlene Goodwin) of Flagler; his sons, Nathan Lowell (Bobbie) and Tyson Wayne; his wife Tammy L Bacon; his granddaughters, Rachael and Riley Goodwin; and his sisters, Lucy (Jim Dykes) of Helena Ok and Rena Goodwin of Hiawatha, KS..
A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flager Cemetery. The inurnment will be held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at the same location.
