He was predeceased by: his parents, Joyce Peterson and Dean Jaques Sr.. He is survived by: his sisters, Beverly, Barbara, Joyce Ann and Nancy; his wife Josephine Hull; and his children, Thomas and Kimberly. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.
