He is survived by: his parents, Scott Batts of Texas and Dora Zundel of Colorado; his siblings, Wendy Batts of Colorado, Erika Breazeale of Wyoming and Brian Batts of Colorado; his daughter Ashlynn Wyatt of Wyoming; his grandmother Mamie Sorgenfri of Colorado; his close friend Katrina Perez; and his stepmother Cathy Thornton. He is also survived by Other family members include 3 aunts, 1 uncle, 3 nephews, 1 niece.
