She is survived by: her husband Verlin Pennock; her children, Stacy Rae Williams and Kevin Pennock; her daughter-in-law Christie Pennock; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Rae, Justice Rae, Mikayla Pennock, Jacob Williams and Tyler Pennock; her great grandchildren, Chyrsthanmum Rae, Odin Rae, Freya Rae and Ezekiel Hall; and her niece Connie Hein.
Carolyn Mimms Pennock was called home to the kingdom of Heaven on June 20th, 2025 after a lengthy battle with Parkinson's Dementia.
