She is survived by: her siblings, Vernon, Duane and Ardyce (Shirley); her former husband Donald Nelson; her children, Danny, Shelley Emerson, Brent Steigelman, Diane Martell and Denise Morgan; her son-in-law Crawford Morgan; her grandchildren, Shelley Emerson, Brent Steigelman, Callie Morgan and Cameron Morgan; her great grandchildren, Kabri Vinke and Rashae Davis; and her great great grandchildren, Jonah and Judah Davis.
