He was predeceased by: his mother Grace Gilman Kozak; and his grandparents, Frank and Mary Gilman. He is survived by: his wife MaryAnne Mandeville; his children, Jeffrey, Timothy (Dawn) and Jacqueline (Mark Thiel); his grandchildren, Taylor, Payton, Istria and Gus; and his brother Paul.
