He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Stephens; his siblings, Karen Davis, Donald Stephen, Kimberly O'Donnell and Earl Stephens; his daughter Brianne Stephens; and his stepchildren, Krystine Dalton, Ty Dalton, Mason Dalton and Derek Dalton.
