He is survived by: his father Stanley Andrew Whitham; his wife Mary Elberfeld; his sons, Stephen (Misty) of Loveland, CO, Jeffrey (Debbie) of Loveland, CO and Christopher of Loveland, CO; and his sisters, Ruth Drange of Big Timber, MT and Mary Krone of Boise, ID. He is also survived by five grandchildren; one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, David's memory may be honored through charitable contributions to The Rotary Club of Fort Collins, Faith Lutheran Church in Johnstown, or Good Samaritan - Loveland Village.
