She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Clark and Audrey Clark; her husband Juils; and her siblings, Bill Walker, Jane Osborn and Jim Clark.

She is survived by: her children, Jim Jorgensen (Fara Bolin-Jorgensen) and Jana Jorgensen; her grandchildren, Drew Jorgensen, Dane Jorgensen, Peyton Tellez and Cassie Tellez; and her great grandchildren, Bradley, Colton and Kyle Jorgensen. She is also survived by 10 nieces and nephews.
