It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doreen Elkins-Nelson (Fort Collins, Colorado), who passed away on February 13, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father Floyd Workman; her husband Clinton Elkins (Logan); and her siblings, Irvin, Ben, Pauline, Virginia, Rose and Eunice.

She is survived by: her sons, Jeff, Basehor, Jay Elkins (Rebecca) of Berthoud, CO, Donald Elkins (late Ed Gunn) of Palm Springs, CA and Jeffrey Elkins of La Cygne, KS.; her grandson Jason Elkins (Ruthanne); her great grandchildren, Clint and Grace; her granddaughter Sarah Bailey (Jonathan); her great grandchildren, Jacob, Jackson and Jaymes; her granddaughters, Katie Elkins and Becky Bohrn (Jacob); her great grandchildren, Reagan and Perri; her grandchild Jessy Elkins; her great grandchild Oliver; her grandchild Cheyenne Elkins; and her brothers, Robert Workman (Sylvia) and Ray Workman (Odessa). She is also survived by many nephews, nieces, and lifelong friends.
