It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Francis Velez in Fort Collins, Colorado, born in La Junta, Colorado, who passed away on February 22, 2025, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Filipe Velez; her parents, Bertha Warren and Mattie Warren; her siblings, William Warren and Mollie DeMartio; and her nephew Tom Warren.
She is survived by: her brother John Warren.
