He was predeceased by: his parents, Marlin K Garner and Lenice M. Soule; his brother Dale A Garner; and his sister-in-law Barbara Ann Garner. He is also survived by one sister, one brother, one niece, one nephew and two grand nephews.
Hal loved his pet cats and would be honored by donations made to any organization supporting pets.
