She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Glantz and Margaret Glantz (Schwindt); her husband Lloyd Hendrix; her daughter Tammara Proctor; her great grandchild Riko; and her siblings, Orlene Glantz, LaVerne Standiferd, Mildred Rutt, Beverly Bruntz, Marvin, Harlan, Donald and Roland.
She is survived by: her children, Aaron Lukenbach (Sylvia) and Lori Lukenbach; her sisters, Margaret "Monie" Lee, Judy Sirios and Sherri Rasmussen; and her sister-in-law Verna Glantz. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren.
