She was predeceased by: her son David. She is survived by: her children, Chris Wilgers (Tammy), Amy Penniman (Eric) and Laurie Bowen (Kent); her siblings, Carr Bieker (Charlie) and Linda Collins (Jim); and her sister-in-law MaryLee Warner (Nick). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in honor of Joyce to Redeemer Lutheran Church.
