She was predeceased by: her parents, Gladys Farr (Hasse) and Kenneth Farr; her husband Gordon Donald Lewis; her brothers, Donald, Kenneth and Albert Farr (Anne); her daughter-in-law Gerri Lewis; Donald.
She is survived by: her children, Gene Lewis (Nancy Murphy), Ralph Lewis (Susie), Jeanne Lewis-Ruot (Joe) and Ron Lewis (Judy Murphy); her grandchildren, Michelle (Boyd), Michael (Amber), Casey (Jessica), Andrea (Rylee), Sean (Kriselle), Andrew and Sammantha; her great grandchildren, Ashlin, Ivan, Wyatt, Quinn and Logan; her siblings, Keith Farr (Dee), Charlie Farr (Donna), Noreen Farr-Reeves (Bill) and Dorothy Farr-Willoughby (John); Kenneth. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
Along with flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Elderhaus Adult Day Programs and the American Baptist Convention (ABC).
