She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Herbert and Gladys Ella Johnson (Spealman); her brother Eugene; and her sister-in-law Jackie Johnson. She is survived by: her children, Kenny Hansberry (Kay), Alan Hansberry and Lynette Scheid (Rick). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Adamson Life Celebration Home in Phyllis's name to assist with funeral expenses.
