He was predeceased by: his siblings, Clint, Bill and Beverly (Bob). He is survived by: his wife Dixie Lee Powell; his children, Julie (Dayton Norrgard) and Jeff (Lauri); his grandchildren, Robyn (Alex Engelbert), Ginnie (Rishi Oad), Cassie (Luke Belsito), John Barton Loyd and Marissa Norrgard (Charlie Volz); his great grandchildren, Brady Engelbert, Henry Engelbert, Sonia Oad and Oad; and his siblings-in-law, Robert Baxley and Vickie Kerwood. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Dick's name to Habitat for Humanity Fort Collins (fortcollinshabitat.org) for the faith build.
