He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Elaine; and his stepson Josh. He is survived by: his wife Mary Knott; his children, Tessa, Katrina and Ryan; his stepchildren, Anne, Jess and Jake; and his brothers, Robert, Russel and Doug. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
