Spencer Van Alsburg Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Spencer Van Alsburg of Fort Collins, Colorado, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 24, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Spencer Van farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Spencer Van is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jerald Alsburg and Minnie Van Alsburg; and his wife Betty. He was also cherished by five children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the LifePointe Church (900 E Prospect Rd, Fort Collins, CO 80524).
Memorial contributions can be made to the Tanks A Lot Fund to benefit those who need basic needs such as food, clothing and shelter.
