She was predeceased by: her parents, Dick Cyrus Perry Sullivan and Vivian Sullivan (Hoel); her husband Richard Scott; her sons, Franklin McNeece and Shane Scott; and her brother George Sullivan.
She is survived by: her sons, Perry McNeece and Michael E. Scott; and her sisters, Dixie Wilburn, Darlene Boswell and Arlene Moomaw. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life was held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Goes Funeral Care and Crematorium (3665 Canal Dr, Fort Collins, CO 80524).
