He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Noel and Edith Noel; his former wife Robinette; his daughters, Cathy Markley and Sandra Winter; and his granddaughter Sabra.

He is survived by: his wife Pat; and his sons, Larry Noel and Mike Noel. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, close family members, and friends.
