He was predeceased by: his brothers, Phillip and Foster. He is survived by: his children, David Lee, Brian James, Peter Scott, Karen Louise, Robert Moore (Amy) and Krissy Bhanji (Riz); his wife Carlota; his sister Martha Staton; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Phenix (late Bob Phenix) and Laura Phenix; his granddaughters, Bailey Batchelor and Dany Batchelor; his great grandchildren, Nikki, Asher and Camilla; Damon Moore, Jordan, Gillian Moore, Krissy, Josh, Nikki, Imran, Laura Jo, Zach, Khalil and Nash.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Westminster Presbyterian Church (1709 W Elizabeth St, Fort Collins, CO 80521).
