He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Badding and Dorothy Badding; his son John Jr.; his brother-in-law Joseph Deaguero; and his nephew Tommy Shafer.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Gooden Badding; his children, Sheila Badding Thompson (Wess Thompson), Colton and Justin; his stepchild Jessican Anderson (John Anderson); his stepgrandchildren, Konner, Dixie and Caleb; his stepson Joshua Barlow; his stepgrandchildren, Jackson and Willow; and his siblings, David Badding, Betty Shafer (Tom Shafer), Mary Sisneros (Danny Sisneros Sr.) and Frances Deaguero (Fran). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces, also great nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 22nd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Tabor Funeral Service Chapel (75 S 13th Ave, Brighton, CO 80601). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM and at 1:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Hudson (610 Cherry St, Hudson, CO 80642). A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 23rd 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Hillside Cemetery (13750 Weld County Road 12, Ft. Lupton, CO 80621).
