He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Temple and Joyce Temple. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Temple; his son Connor Temple; his daughter-in-law Sierra; his stepchildren, Eleazar O'canas Jr. (Mandy), Benjamin O'canas (Misha) and Crystal O'canas; his stepgrandson Ouray O'canas (Brianna); his great grandchildren, Aria and Ivy O'canas; his siblings, Sandy Cook (Mike), Ken Temple (Karen), Keith Temple, Krista Trimbach (Kent) and Patty Foiles (Greg); his pets, AC and Tabby; Dave and Kitty. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
