He was predeceased by : his father Richard Ferguson; and his grandparents, Marge Ferguson, Jess and Alyce Groves. He is survived by : his daughters, Kylee Irwin, Alexis Ferguson (Ali) and Bailey Ferguson; the mother of his children Amber Schoenberg of Sterling, CO.; his sister Kortney (Chase Grooms); his nephew Lincoln Grooms; his niece Austyn Grooms of Ft Morgan, CO; and his grandfather Dick Ferguson of Ft. Morgan, CO..

A memorial fund for Dustin Eugene Ferguson is set up at the Bank of Colorado in Fort Morgan and all funds will go to his daughters.
