He was predeceased by : his parents, Lucio and Enedina Blanco; his grandchildren, Jacob and Elric; and his great grandchildren, Aubriana, Matthew, Liliana and Lucio.
He is survived by : his wife Raquel Leon Medina; and his children, Nadine Hall, Veronica Franco, Jose Blanco Jr., Enrique Blanco, Annette Quezada, Margaret Blanco, Alma Blanco, Lawrence Blanco and Rosalinda Morrill. He is also survived by 46 grandchildren, 72 great grandchildren, 4 great-great grandchildren, along with countless other extended family.
