As Karla departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Karla may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Karla leaves behind.

She is survived by: her parents, Danny Moore and Earlene Moore; her husband Walt Powell; her brother Dan Moore (Kelly); her children, Jase Powell (Kaycee), Morgan Stout (Conroy), Mackenzie Powell and Lexi Espinosa; and her grandson Carrick.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to a memorial fund through Rock Power Ministries in her memory.
