He was predeceased by: his brother Kent Alan Johnson. He is survived by: his wife Sheri Ryan; his sons, Kristopher Ryan and Gregory Wayne; his daughter-in-law Shondel Renee; his granddaughters, Leah Cameron and Haley Joy; and his brothers, Douglas Wayne Johnson of Sandy and George Randall Johnson (Donna) of Layton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
