He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kula (Doty); his daughters, Vicky Higgins (Lexis), Linda Kula (Jack), Cheryl Kula (Jim) and Barbara Bell (Scott); his grandchildren, Nathan Janos (Alexandra), Benjamin Janos (Lindsay), Abby Birch (Terrence), Zoe Rusch, Ivy Kula Kreidler, Asa Carpenter (Kelly), Lee Carpenter (Lacey) and Spencer Lanman; his great grandchildren, Celeste, Simone, Max Janotto, János and Lola Folker; his family, Tao Birch, Iola, Jack Rusch, Xander, Korben Carpenter, Brody, Shelby Frye and Khloe Carpenter; and his nephews, Randy and Lynn Kula.
