He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Dub Carter and Leta Carter; his brother Terry Carter; his brother-in-law Tom Meals; his father-in-law David Ticnor; his wife Kay; his mother-in-law Delora Ticnor; his siblings-in-law, Terry, Wayne Ticnor and Sue Ann Meals; and his great-nephew Scott. He was also cherished by 2 nieces, 3 nephews, 2 great-nieces.
The family would greatly appreciate, as per Scott's wishes, instead of flowers, donations to St. Jude's Hospital, for the kids, as expressions of sympathy.
