He is survived by : his sons, Brian (Sue) of Windsor and Blair (Katrina) of Eaton; his wife Nancy Dorn; his grandchildren, McKenzie Lampe (Michael Seamon) of Snohomish, WA, Madison Fontaine (Tom) of Evans, CO, Montana Lampe of Carlsbad, CA, Zachary Lampe of Grand Junction and Aaron Lampe of Eaton; and his great grandchildren, Ava and Levi Fontaine of Evans.
