She is survived by: her husband Todd Cook of Brush; her children, Amber Beecham and Chris Cook (Sarah Probasco) of Fort Morgan; her grandchildren, Chayce, Kiptyn Beecham, Addison and Kaydee Cook; her parents-in-law, Freddie Cook and Joanne Cook of Fort Morgan; and her siblings, Dan Sand (Kelley) of Fort Morgan, Ed Sand (Dianne) of Jackson Lake and Cindy Henshaw (John) of Canyon City.
