He is survived by: his children, Mathew Carey, Kiersten Mullett, Kaylyn Newton, Gabriella Mullett and Isaiah Mullett; his grandson Jace O'Byrne; his parents, Nick Caputo and Brenda Caputo; his siblings, Nicholas Caputo (Krystal), Antonio Caputo and Natasha Powers; his nieces and nephews, Benjamine, Nicholas James, Paul, Waylon and Sophia; and his pet Ella.
