He is survived by: his siblings, Adonis Neblett (Sylvia) and Alitia Neblett (Andre); his aunts, Josephine Rawlings and Ruby Williams; his uncle Bertrand Blain; his siblings' children, Duane Ariel Marks, Antonio Neblett, Angela Neblett, Matthew Neblett, Tamra Neblett-Hemmila (Eli), Marcelo Neblett, Roger Francis, Xavier Francis and Angela Francis; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Dion Carrillo-Marks, Natalia Neblett, Dominic Neblett, Aubrey Neblett and Cyrus Neblett Gibson.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to reputable veterans' organizations, e.g., the Fisher House Foundation, Semper Fi & America's Fund or Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), each dedicated to honoring and supporting those who have served.
