She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, John Marie and Virginia Marie (Called Marie); her brothers, David and Charlie; her husband Richard; her children, Cory Thomas and Colby; and her stepdaughters, Mandeline Applegate and Brooke Saunders.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Restoration Church (9355 Peaceful Valley Rd, Colorado Springs, CO 80925).
With a spirit that inspired others to show up and do good, she gave six years to the ALZ Walk to end Alzheimer's and raised almost $10, 000.
