She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond Lee Smith. She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Lee Faulkinberry, Linda Sue Lambert, Carl Wayne Smith and Ray Lee Smith. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (757 S Santa Fe Ave, Fountain, CO 80817).
