He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela M. Owens; his brother Barry Owens; and his son Eric Owens. He is survived by: his children, William H. "Billy" Owens III and Alicia Owens; his stepson Steven Dennison; his daughter-in-law Tiffany Dennison (John Dennison); his brother Robert Owens; his sister-in-law Kim Owens; and his sister Elizabeth Owens. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
A funeral service was held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Lake Side Cemetery (1008 Elm Ave, Cañon City, CO 81212).
