He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles O. Rouse and Crystal F. Rouse (Futrell); his siblings, Irene Palmer, Gloria Carter, Jeanne Sutton and John Rouse; and his son Jay Rouse.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Rouse (Beckman); his sons, Joseph II Rouse (Stacey), James Rouse (Diane) and Jason Rouse (Carla); his brother Stanley Rouse (Cheryl); and his grandchildren, Joe Rouse III, Jeremy Rouse, Lauren Colvin (Rouse), Heather Giudici (Rouse), Jared Rouse, Julie Martinez (Rouse) and Alaina Santos (Rouse). He is also survived by eleven greatgrandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 7th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Pace Center (20000 Pikes Peak Avenue, Parker, CO 80138).
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Shriners Hospitals.
