He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick Joseph and Mary Rose Gauvin (Ploude); his stepparent Augusta Gauvin; his granddaughter Amanda Otto; and his brother Guy Gauvin.
He is survived by: his wife Sabina "Sis" Gauvin; his children, Renie Bush (Rich), Debbie Graham (Quinton), Carol Otto and Ken Rastberger (Donna); and his siblings, Nelson Gauvin, Rod Gauvin (Mary), Carmen Bundschuh, Rejeanne Bernier (David) and Millie Brackett (Anthony). He is also survived by six grandchildren; fifteen great grandchildren; and one great-great grandson.
