As we bid LaDell farewell, let us not mourn the absence of his physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of his spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For LaDell is not truly gone, but merely transformed, his energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph M. Colledge and Jennie Hardman; his wife Sue Henrie; his son Kris Colledge; his sister Gwen Evans; and his great grandchild TJ Aitken.
He is survived by: his daughter Leah White (Vaun); his stepdaughter Cherlynn Taylor; his brothers, Bill Moffett (Verlene) and Gaylan Colledge (Shawn); and his brother-in-law Steve Henrie. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and many more great grandchildren.
The military honors was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Elmwood Cemetery (1175 17 1/4 Rd, Fruita, CO 81521).
