It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Verl John Luppes Jr. of Fruita, Colorado, born in Webster City, Iowa, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Verl John, Sr. and Beverly Luppes (Hollinghead); and his brother Mark Naber. He is survived by : his children, Paul Luppes of Fruita, Todd Luppes (Jeannette) of Denver, Rikae Melzer (Chris) of Vichy, Audrey Holden (Graham) of Syracuse and Elizabeth Malinconico (Matthew) of Carlstadt; and his sisters, Rox Flanary of Pueblo and Cheri Hill of Pueblo. He is also survived by eight grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
