She is survived by: her husband Don; her children, Amy, Jon and Jerry (Tammy); her grandchildren, Jerry, Eric and Ryan; her siblings, Warren (Bud), Rebecca (Becky) and Elizabeth (Beth); and her granddaughter Naiya.
