She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph Sample; and her brothers, Lewis, Albert and Warren. She is survived by: her children, John Sample (Pam), Jeanette Davidson and Larry Sample (Linda); her grandchildren, Lonnie Davidson (Ann), Jennifer Coggins (Steve), Angie Rowland and Wesley Rowland (Laudelina); and her great grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Liam Davidson, Haley Ray, Kolby, Jacob Coggins and Reese Rowland. She is also survived by her nieces and nephews.
