He was predeceased by: his parents, John I. Small and Shirley K. Small; his grandparents, Paul and Lucile Krier; his aunts and uncles, John (Jewel Geiger), Kohler (Carol McInnis), Don (Pauline Santi), Hal Donnelly and Ed (Dorothy Small); and his cousins, Don, Doug Donnelly and Steve Small.
He is survived by: his wife Lezley Anderson; his sisters, Darcy Croissant (Barry) and Amy Browne (Mike); his brother-in-law Jay Anderson (Deanna); his nieces and nephews, Cassie Slafkes (Jerry), Annie (Chris), Leavitt, Shelly, Melissa Browne, Sarah Anderson, Nick (Breanne), Jake Croissant, Brandon, Jason and Nathan Anderson; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Henry, Elsie, Amelia, Charles, Laurel, Madeline, Merryn, Wesley, Hudson and Van; and his aunt Phyllis.
